Kettering Car Care Business Terms

Kettering Car Care estimate and repair non-structural and non –mechanical vehicle bodywork damage.

Any estimates compiled by Kettering Car Care are for any body repair work jointly identified by Kettering Car Care and the customer.   Any further work deemed necessary by Kettering Car Care will not be carried  out without the prior authorisation from the customer.

All repairs will be carried out using approved paint and materials and all effort will be made to return the vehicle to a high quality of repair.  If Kettering Car Care feel it is necessary to use other service providers they will on a sub contract basis on behalf of the customer to repair the vehicle as required.

Kettering Car Care will guarantee repairs for as long as the customer owns the vehicle at no extra cost to the customer, this is subject to an anual check of the vehicle at Kettering Car Care workshop. This guarantee is non transferable.

This guarantee does not apply to further impact damage, chipping, rust or corrosion evident or not at the time of the repair.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any corrosion repairs.

It is the customer’s responsibility for the aftercare of the repair and Kettering Car Care cannot be held responsible for damage due to poor after care by the customer. After care instructions can be given on request.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all receipts relating to the repair as proof of payment. Any claims without a receipt will be at the discretion of Kettering Car Care.

Payment is due on the completion of the repair by either Direct Debit or Cash.  We also accept Credit Card payments but please be aware that an additional 2.5% transaction fee will be added for the facility.

Any repairs invoices being paid for by a third party need to be settled before collection of the vehicle.

We reserve the right to request an deposit if deemed necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse any work.
